India's trade deficit widened to nearly $28 billion in July.

Jin10 reported on August 14 that Reuters calculated based on the import and export data released by the Indian government on Thursday that India's merchandise trade deficit in July was $27.35 billion. However, a previous Reuters survey showed that analysts had originally expected a trade deficit of $20.35 billion in July, compared to $18.78 billion the previous month.
