Jia Yi Co., Ltd.: Plans to repurchase shares for 80 million to 160 million yuan
On April 15, Jin10 reported that Jiayi Co., Ltd. announced that the company intends to repurchase a portion of its shares through centralized bidding trading. The repurchased shares will be used for the future implementation of the equity incentive plan. The repurchase price will not exceed 139.86 yuan/share, with a total fund amount of no less than 80 million yuan and not exceeding 160 million yuan.
