According to the research on digital asset disposal, the recent results report of the review of the "Draft of the Regulations on the Management of Case-related Property in Henan Province (" published by the Henan Provincial People's Congress indicates that virtual money has property attributes and belongs to case-related property. There is a basic consensus in judicial practice, but the trading of virtual money is completely prohibited in our country, and there are no legal trading platforms. The disposal of virtual money is still being explored in various places. Currently, the Ministry of Public Security is studying and formulating relevant systems for virtual money, and the management of this new type of case-related property is more suitable to be uniformly regulated at the national level, while local legislation should not make provisions.
