XRP once again becomes the third largest cryptocurrency by Market Cap, returning to the level before the SEC/Ripple lawsuit

Odaily Planet Daily News: FOX Business journalist Eleanor Terrett wrote that the market capitalization of XRP has just surpassed USDT, becoming the third largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, returning to the level before the SEC/Ripple lawsuit. Before Hinman's speech in June 2018, the SEC once regarded BTC and ETH as non-securities, on the grounds of 'sufficient Decentralization', while at that time XRP was actually the second largest Cryptocurrency by Market Cap, just behind ETH. After the speech, ETH's Market Cap surpassed XRP in November 2018. In the so-called 'Hinman email' discovered in the Ripple case, it was revealed that some officials within the SEC held differing views on the speech and were concerned that the speech might impact the regulatory status of other cryptocurrencies. Six years later, the regulatory status remains unclear.
