The American cryptocurrency industry organizations have united with Uniswap and Jump to support the "Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act".
According to Gate News bot, Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett reported that the eight major encryption industry associations in the United States are preparing to release a joint statement with Uniswap and Jump, jointly supporting the inclusion of the "Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act" (BRCA) into the new "CLARITY Act."
The bill pushed by the House of Representatives aims to establish a clear legal basis for compliance in fund transfers for non-custodial developers, and plans to incorporate the 2019 guidance from the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ( FinCEN ) regarding non-custodial wallets into legislation.
